10:20 am I was supposed to get up a 7:30, or that's what the alarm on my phone said anyway. But here I am at 10:20 and I've only been up for 10 minutes. I didn't sleep well last night I woke up several times, tossing and turning. But is decided today that there will be no more Red Bull, no more than 2 Diet Dr Peppers and no more than 1 Spark a day. Hopefully in the future there will be no more Dr Peppers either. Took my SuperFood which was still disgusting. I read that some people suggest mixing with apple juice which wont work for me because tomorrow I'm going back to the low carb life.
After day two I still feel very bad, but today's different. I feel bad because I'm cutting back on caffeine. I feel like I'm going through withdrawals. Its very unpleasant.
So the day went buy slowly I still felt like crap but again I don't think it had anything to do with the SuperFood and everything to do with the caffeine.

GNC SuperFood Supreme Review Day One
I am an ordinary everyday person and
this is my review of GNC Super Food Supreme. I am in no way affiliated with
this company or any other. I am also not affiliated with the medical community.
I had seen this product in my local
(by local I mean 55 miles away) and I thought what the heck I’ll do some
research and see what it’s all about. I searched the GNC site and Amazon for
reviews. All the reviews were good. The energy boost the health benefits, and
on and on. Energy is a myth in my mind, the only energy I know about these days
is in the form of caffeine and diet sodas. The only negative review was the flavor;
apparently they “improved” the formula and changed the flavor. Some said it wasn’t that bad, others say it’s
horrible. We shall see.
My first mistake was ordering
online. While the shipping was only $1, much less than what it would have cost
to drive 55 miles and brave the mall to actually go to the GNC store, FedEx
takes forever. It took a total of 11 days for the package to arrive. That’s
right 11 days, in my opinion that is way too long. - More antioxidant capacity than 13 standard servings of fruits and vegetables

Day 1:
10:00 am So after receiving the
package (finally) and reading all the reviews about the flavor and texture I
was kind of scared. Scared of the flavor, some say very good some say very bad.
I prepared it according to directions. One scoop in 8 ouches of water, mixed it
in the blender to remove any lumps and drank. And all I can say is YUCK!!! It’s awful but mixed in the blender the
texture was smooth. The sweet berry flavor is not enough to cover the vitamin
taste. But that’s ok, if the claims are
right and truthful and there is a significant energy boost I can tolerate the
taste.
11:00 am I had another idea on mixing.
I usually start my day with a glass of Spark Energy Drink, also a mixable powder.
But hey it works and there’s no crash so it’s a good choice if you must have
that morning boost. I didn’t think it would hurt to have another serving this
morning especially since the container states that a person can have up to 4
scoops a day. That would be very expensive. I mixed both powders in about 10 ounces
of water and blended, took a deep breath and drank. It was better but still
kind of yucky. We’ll just have to see what happens to see if there are any real
benefits to drinking this stuff.10:46 pm Well its about an hour and 45 minutes past my bed time and I feel like crap. But I always feel like crap. Could be because I weigh nearly 200 pounds, and could also be because over the course of the day I have had 1 energy drink, 3 diet Dr Peppers and 1 Red Bull. I think it has nothing to do with the SuperFood. My energy level is so low that nothing seems to help. Tomorrow is another day, maybe I'll feel better in the morning. I have been taking Benedryl at night to take some of the edge off of the anxiety that I feel in the day and in all honesty I do have allergies. But I'm not taking one tonight. I have a feeling I'm not going to sleep much. OK off to bed I go I'll be back here tomorrow.
